Why book with me

Perks, a plan, and a person to call

There's no planning fee. You pay the same as booking direct, often less, and get preferred-partner perks plus someone on your side from the first idea to the flight home.

Elite treatment, no status required

Your own travel ambassador, without the 100 nights.

Hotel loyalty programs save their best service for their most frequent guests. You get a dedicated person and VIP treatment from your very first trip, at whichever hotel suits you.

Top-tier hotel loyalty status

Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite asks for

  • 100 or more qualifying nights each year
  • $23,000 or more in qualifying spend each year
  • All of it within one hotel family

In return: a dedicated ambassador and elite perks, but only at that company's hotels.

What it takes: a real Ambassador Elite account, 101 nights and over $115,000 in a single year.

Booking with Butterfield Luxury Travel

You get, from your first trip

  • No night or spend minimums
  • Any brand, any independent hotel, or a cruise
  • VIP recognition and perks at Fora preferred-partner hotels and resorts
  • Me as your personal point of contact, before you go and while you're away

On many hotel bookings you can still earn your own loyalty points too.

Ambassador Elite requirements as published by Marriott Bonvoy. Partner perks vary by hotel and booking, and upgrades depend on availability.

Perks on the booking, not the card

Your perks travel with your reservation.

Premium credit card hotel programs and memberships give perks to the cardholder, and hotel status can't be handed to someone else. When I book you through Fora's preferred-partner programs, the breakfast, credits and upgrade requests are attached to your reservation itself, so they apply whether or not you hold status or a premium card.

Perks

Travel like a VIP

Book through me and you get the perks frequent travelers work years for, at the same rate as booking direct, with no fee for my planning.

Perks vary by hotel, cruise line and booking. I'll tell you exactly what's included before you commit.

How it works

From first idea to wheels up

  1. Tell me about you

Fill out my short intake form so I know who's traveling and what you love.

  2. We talk

A quick call about dates, budget and how you want the trip to feel.

  3. Your proposal

I send hand-picked hotels and a draft itinerary, and we fine-tune it together.

  4. Booked & looked after

I confirm everything, send your final itinerary, and stay on call while you travel.

Start planning

Let's plan something you'll talk about for years.

The form takes about five minutes. It tells me where you're dreaming of going, who's coming, your budget and your travel style, so our first conversation can get right to the good part.
